Medium Pressure Fittings Features
All of our medium-pressure fittings come with collars and glands, but plugs and tubing caps may also be ordered individually. The collar is not necessary when using the plug. Our coned and threaded medium-pressure fittings are made from 316 stainless steel and come with a pressure rating of up to 22,500 PSI at room temperature. Outer diameter (OD) sizes include 1/4”, 3/8”, 9/16”, 3/4”, and 1”. We also carry 1-1/2” medium-pressure fittings rated for up to 15,200 PSI at room temperature.
Medium Pressure Fittings Types
MAXIMATOR® medium pressure fittings are available in several types, including:
- Elbows: Elbows connect two tubing lines at a 90° angle.
- Crosses: A cross creates a common connection between four same-size tubing lines.
- Tees: Tees add three same-size common connections to a tubing line.
- Couplings: Couplings connect two male ends of the same size or different sizes. We offer both straight couplings and bulkhead couplings.
- Adapters: Adapters connect male and female or male and male ports of various sizes.
- Anti-Vibration Collet/Gland Assemblies: These fittings reduce extreme external mechanical shock and vibration inside tubing lines.
- Nipples: This type of fitting adds two common male connections using standard-length threaded and coned tubing.
- Safety Head Assemblies: Used with 1/4” angular rupture discs, safety head fittings protect against over-pressure situations. MAXPRO® also supplies 1/4”, 3/8”, 9/16”, 3/4”, and 1” OD medium-pressure port sizes for up to 22,250 PSI and 1-1/2” medium-pressure ports for up to 15,200 PSI.
